This is the guidance I received today as I take the steps to fully commit to my Soul's calling

As I wrote that line "I was angry at myself for being careless, I was angry at my phone for being fragile." I just understood the bigger learning of the situation.
My phone is broken and at times I feel broken. 
 

Wallow in the past
Joy goes elsewhere
Hold fear of the future
Joy will elude you.
Be in the present
Have faith in yourself.

This week I encouraged a friend to come with me to a yoga class. 
Part way through the class I started to think "I wonder if she's enjoying this?" Which opened up a floodgate of thoughts "what if she hates it?"...

A few months ago I started receiving different messages and signs encouraging me to start yoga, I attempted to ignore these messages for as long as possible. I created excuses like I don't have enough time for it, I'm not flexible or graceful enough, but in reality I was afraid. I was afraid of embarrassing myself and bruising my ego. 

It is with gratitude in my heart that I write this blog today as we celebrate our first year of ‘I Am Heart Centered’. Gratitude for The Universe in providing me the opportunity to live, work and grow with and alongside my beautiful daughter
