You will receive your package within 7-15 business days after ordering. We are a small business (Just Mum and I) so the delay might be longer when the demand is higher. There may be an occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes.

We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary. You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

At Heart Centered we are passionate about the environment and we aim to take the best care we can of our beautiful Mother Earth. All items are shipped in heavy-duty kraft 100% recycled paper mailers. The mailers are suitable for kerbside paper collection and recycling. Our Greeting Cards and Prints come packaged in Eco Clear Bags, which are made from plant and recycled materials and are compostable. Our Greeting Card envelopes are made in New Zealand from 100% recycled fibre, waste wood from harvesting and processing operations and/or virgin fibre from sustainably managed sources. They contain no carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic or ecotoxic dyes, pigments or coatings.
